For manual machine,from pipe loading to pipe unloading,it average cost 50seconds,so hour capacity will be 72Pcs,8 hour capacity will be 576pcs.However, the actual output will be lower than this figure due to worker fatigue, material changeovers and alignment errors; the real production volume is estimated at around 500 pcs.

For automatic feeding machine,it cost average 30 seconds from pipe loading to unlaoding,so hour capacity will be 120pcs per hour,8hour output will be 960 pcs,No labor fluctuation and no downtime loss
