1.Introduction
Special machine for welding nuts on ground screw tops. Auto pipe feeding & finished part discharging, only manual nut loading. One worker runs multiple machines to save labor with neat, solid welding joints.
2.Working Principle
Steel pipes are auto fed by conveyor, then manual positioning. Welding gun fuses nuts via resistance welding. After welding, finished screws slide out automatically.
