Step 1:

Step 2:
After the pipe is heated, it is pushed by an automatic device to the main machine for tapering treatment. Its principle is to utilize the specific shape of the mold inside the machine and the pressure generated by the machine's rotation to gradually taper the front end of the pipe.
Step 3:
After the pipe has undergone tapering, it falls into the plasma cutting machine below, which drills holes in the tapered tip to allow the drainage of zinc liquid during the subsequent galvanizing process.
